Uni system in Ukraine

Today, it is lovely day for everybody. Yeah, you are right. F-R-I-D-A-Y. Freetime is coming and I wish you excellent, productive and, of course, active weekend.
Nevertheless, I want to return to studying and university system. Since I have finished the school passed 5 years and it was the best time in my life. When I was in last form our education system has been slightly changed:)
In Ukraine, if you decide to enter a university you have to pass Matura test (in ukr. ZNO-external independant assesment). Usually you choose several subjects. Among obliatory tests are Math and official language and literature. For example, if your future career would be connected with engeneering, you take Physics, rarely Chemistry. For Humanities - History(Local and World), languages (Russian, English, French, German, Spanish) and in some cases Geography. So you pass ZNO and bring your documents to university office and wait until the beginning of August.
In Ukraine there are two forms of high education - full time and part time. According to the Constitution, citizens are guaranted free access to public university. Free programs are provided on the basis of results on matura exams, and it is obvius that if your results are better than average for that year you will be provided with free education and small scolarship, otherwise you are supposed to pay for everything yourself. However there is an opportunity to pay fee by semmestrs separately. Fee varies from 500 till 3000 EUR/per annum.

Street art of Tartu

Let's talk a little bit about the street art that I encounter every day in Tartu. I have travelled to many places and have been in touch with this kind of art from my very childhood. First street art in my life was the wall of graffity in my home city that I was watching every day going to school. It was standing there more than 15 years untill this year, when it was decided to build new shopping mall in the place. You would probably ask why am I writing this, then the question to you my lovely readers would be: How do you think should we preserve street art, or is it unecessary? And what meaning it should care? (just imagine & analize the pictures), hope to see you again soon
